Class Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays

Spin

We will start the class with a high-energy spin session to get the heart pumping and boost your endurance. Our experienced instructor will guide you through a variety of drills and intervals, pushing you to your limits and helping you achieve your fitness goals.

Kettlebell

Next, we will move on to the kettlebell circuit, where you will use a variety of weights to perform compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups at once. Our instructor will provide modifications and guidance to ensure proper form and technique, so you can safely challenge your muscles and build strength.

Yoga

To cool down and restore your body, we will finish the class with a yoga flow that focuses on stretching and lengthening the muscles that were worked during the kettlebell circuit. This portion of the class will help you release tension, increase flexibility, and find a sense of calm and balance.
